Embark on the adventure of a lifetime with me in December 2025 as we journey to the iconic Everest Base Camp (5,345m).
This unforgettable trek takes us along the scenic, less-traveled path through the stunning Gokyo Lakes, and across the challenging Chola Pass (5,420m), offering breathtaking views and a quieter, more serene experience than the main Everest Base Camp route.
The timing is perfect, as we’ll be traveling at the start of Nepal's winter, when the skies are clear, and the weather is stable—though expect chilly nights.
Don’t worry, you’ll be fully equipped with down jackets and sleeping bags to ensure your comfort along the way.
Our adventure begins with a flight into Kathmandu, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by our guide and transferred to your hotel for two nights.
On Day 2, we’ll take a guided tour of Kathmandu’s iconic attractions, followed by a trek briefing. You’ll also receive your gear, including duffle bag, jackets and sleeping bags, so you’ll be fully prepared for the trek ahead.
The afternoon will be free for any last-minute shopping for gear and supplies.
On the morning of Day 3, we’ll take a thrilling and scenic flight to Lukla, where we’ll begin our 15-day trek to Everest Base Camp and back.
This epic journey will challenge and inspire you every step of the way, culminating in the incredible achievement of standing at the base of the world’s highest peak.
After the trek, we’ll return to Kathmandu on Day 18, where you’ll have a free day to relax and explore the city.
We’ll depart for home on the evening of Day 19, December 30, with memories of an unforgettable adventure that will last a lifetime.
Join me on this incredible journey!
